who have already established loyal relationships with con-
sumers are uniquely positioned to provide these services.
These innovative retailers are paying close attention to
the evolving healthcare landscape, partnering with sup-
pliers that can build insights to understand these unique
occasions inside their stores, and seeking opportunities to
aid consumers on their health and wellness journey. They
are also seeing that as costs shift and consumers have to
directly pay more for healthcare products, new revenue
streams are available.
