It is no secret that texans Love Bar- Beque, which is why Dallas may be the best setting for this year’s Annual Meat Conference (AMC). Co-sponsored by the North American Meat Foundation
(NAMF) and the Food Marketing Institute
(FMI), the 2017 conference will be held Feb.
19-21 at the Hilton Anatole.
A comprehensive educational program will
offer attendees new ways to explore the latest
developments in meat retailing. Retailers will
gain the tools, insights, and inspiration to differentiate their products and services, say show
organizers—and industry professionals agree.
